Responsibilities
Support Business Development in scoping and designing technical solutions for partners integrating Aave
Act as the technical point of contact throughout integration design and deployment
Develop and maintain reference architectures, SDK templates, and documentation to streamline adoption and reduce friction for builders
Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product, and R&D to communicate partner needs, share technical insights, and influence roadmap priorities
Build and test proofs of concept and integration demos that demonstrate best practices and help partners move faster
Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, ensuring smooth launches and sustained performance post-deployment
Keep internal stakeholders aligned on project timelines, dependencies, and progress across multiple concurrent integrations
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in technical solutions architecture, blockchain development, or partner engineering - ideally in Fintech or Crypto
Ability to understand and read Solidity and Rust (hands-on coding experience is a plus)
Proven ability to translate business objectives into clear, scalable technical designs
Strong communication and collaboration skills - able to bridge technical and non-technical teams
Comfortable managing multiple integrations at once and working autonomously to keep projects moving
Curiosity and enthusiasm for DeFi and how open financial infrastructure is evolving
