They are seeking a Full-Time Video Editor who will transform raw footage into high-performing ad creatives while understanding consumer behavior and applying data-driven feedback.

Responsibilities
Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping, high-intent, brain-triggering direct-response creatives
You will be editing UGC, VO-led scripts, testimonial ads, and B-roll performance creatives
You will be working directly with strategists to bring concepts to life
You will be understanding why specific cuts change human behavior
You will be prioritising attention → interest → desire → action
You will be iterating based on performance data, not opinion
Qualification
Required
Editing with intention, not ego
Understanding consumer behaviour, objections, and emotional triggers
Working fast... speed is a skill
Applying feedback rooted in data
Using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or any tool that delivers performance
Experience with DTC, UGC, or performance creatives
You think like a marketer first, an editor second
You understand hooks, retention curves, and drop-off psychology
Preferred
Bonus if you've run your own ecom brand or have media buying experience
Bonus if you study ads the way filmmakers study films
