Responsibilities
Leading all aspects of production within an assigned value stream to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing performance
Overseeing end-to-end value stream operations—from raw material through finished goods—to deliver customer value, drive continuous improvement, and achieve business objectives in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale
Acting as a servant leader for cross-functional teams, empowering associates, eliminating waste, and aligning operations with Lean principles and company strategy
Tackling processes for general management, sales financial akum, supply chain operations and working closely with the Logistics, Planning, Materials and Continuous Improvement teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree with 5 – 10 years of experience supply chain operation
Green belt plus
Association for Supply Chain Management certification
