The role involves managing functional and integration testing, ensuring seamless integration across various systems, and collaborating with business stakeholders to support SAP Callidus migration to HANA GCP.

Responsibilities

Lead testing team which performs functional & integration testing across systems & data flows

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing and future landscape related to:

Agent onboarding and lifecycle management

Licensing & Commissions (ELC)

Compensation and incentive structures

Policy details include premiums, refunds, riders, waivers, and annualization

Integrate and support Policy Admin Systems (ALIP, Navisys) with downstream SAP modules

Manage inbound and outbound data feeds including: DTCC, APAY XML, Payryte, K51

Develop and maintain reconciliation reports and analytics dashboards

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards

Support SAP GL accounting processes and financial reporting

Perform functional and integration testing across systems and data flows

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to commissionable transactions and policy data

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data mapping, transformation, and validation
