Drive new business development across OEMs, electronics manufacturers, IT asset managers, and recycling networks
Build and sustain high-value client relationships to secure long-term supply and recovery contracts
Identify and develop opportunities within the electronic waste and circular economy value chain
Partner with operations and leadership to influence commercial strategy at new and existing sites
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and sustainability forums
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in business development or sales within E-waste, electronics recycling, IT asset disposition (ITAD), or related industries
Strong understanding of electronic waste regulations (e.g., WEEE, R2, e-Stewards) and sustainable supply chain practices
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to win new business and grow accounts
Self-starter who thrives in a greenfield, fast-scaling environment
