Field Service Expansion Manager
Group CBS is focused on expanding its footprint through new regional field service operations. The Field Service Expansion Manager will lead business development efforts, establish new service territories, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Greenfield Development
Establish and grow new service territories where Group CBS does not have a current presence
Leverage existing customer relationships and personal book of business to seed and expand operations
Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities with both existing and new customers
Develop and implement regional sales strategies that align with company goals
Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts by understanding their needs, strategies, and decision-making processes
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand market presence
Oversee execution of projects from quotation through completion, including scope development, scheduling, resource allocation, and customer communication
Serve as technical lead for field service projects, providing expertise and guidance to technicians
Ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety and compliance standards
Recruit, train, and lead local field service teams as regional operations grow
Mentor and coach technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and technical performance
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Work with supervisor development of budgets, forecasts, and performance targets for the region
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including but not limited to sales growth, project profitability, and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of successfully establishing or expanding regional service operations
Demonstrated ability to bring an existing book of business and grow new customer relationships
Strong technical knowledge of power systems, electrical testing, or related services
Sales and business development skills with ability to identify and close opportunities
Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage projects from cradle to grave
Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Salesforce and Oracle Netsuite experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of combined experience in field service management, business development, or technical sales
Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
