Responsibilities

Respond to time sensitive leads to qualify the lead and the customer’s requirements and level of interest
Close qualified inside sales leads directly or reassign the lead to the outside sales team as needed
Work with the credit and order entry team to process customer orders
Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns based on market research activities to grow the inside sales channel
Directly contact customers
Work closely with the product marketing and communications team to develop marketing material (brochures, videos, testimonials, etc.) to promote our products to our customers
Perform market research to maintain a deep understanding of consumer needs and trends
Review competitor products and offerings to understand the competitive landscape and properly explain the value of Atlas Copco products
Other tasks as assigned

Qualification

Inside sales experienceCRM system proficiencyData analysis skillsMS Office 365 proficiencyTelemarketing experienceProactive attitudeCommunication skillsPresentation skillsTeam collaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree – Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Engineering or equivalent of 1+ years in a marketing / business operations role

Preferred

Must be result-oriented with a drive to successful collaboration with all stakeholders – internal and external
Strong ability to learn new systems and with a desire to explore and continuously develop and learn
Ability to lead and influence diverse people to achieve common goals
Data driven with the ability to produce and present data to high quality standards
Proficient with MS Office 365 products – with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication skills, knowledge sharing and promoting of new ideas and methods
Proficient with a CRM system and working experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
Good command of spoken and written English and very well-developed presentation skills
Proactive and positive attitude
Prior management experience is a plus
