Associate Director of Sales
EVONA is a leading unmanned systems technology company looking for an Associate Director of Sales to drive new business acquisition in the drone industry. The role involves managing priority OEM accounts and leading complex sales cycles to achieve significant revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close new drone OEM customers
Own priority accounts from first engagement through production scale
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Work closely with sales engineering on evaluations and integrations
Build and maintain a strong, forecastable pipeline
Qualification
Required
7–10 years B2B hardware sales experience
Direct experience selling to drone OEMs
Strong hunter mentality with full-cycle sales ownership
Comfortable managing technically complex deals
Excellent customer-facing communication skills
