Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SailPoint IdentityNow for a complex healthcare environment
Manage the full identity lifecycle — onboarding, offboarding, and role‑based access control (RBAC)
Build and maintain automated provisioning/de‑provisioning workflows with a strong focus on patient data security
Oversee access governance, including access reviews and certifications aligned with healthcare compliance
Integrate SailPoint with EHR systems, Active Directory, and other critical healthcare applications
Develop custom connectors and integrations to improve interoperability across the ecosystem
Implement and support MFA and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions tailored to healthcare needs
Ensure adherence to security best practices and regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA
Stay ahead of emerging threats and continuously strengthen IAM controls

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years in information systems security, with hands‑on experience implementing SailPoint IdentityNow
Strong background in Active Directory integration and administration
Experience with scripting/programming (Java, PowerShell) for automation and customization
Deep understanding of IAM principles, RBAC, and healthcare compliance requirements
Knowledge of MFA, PAM, and security frameworks relevant to healthcare
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across IT and clinical teams
SailPoint IdentityNow Certification (required to start role)

Preferred

CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications
