Responsibilities

Drive effective connection between the ICA/OT systems and other plant/company digital systems
Identify high-value data in the PLC, HMI and other OT systems
Implement and configure the data pipeline to MDF, Edge-to-Cloud, AI Factory, and other higher-level data systems

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
0-5 years of Data Engineer experience
Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts, including OT 4.0, servers/virtualization, relevant databases, and process historians
Proven experience in Python/PySpark and SQL/SparkSQL programming skills
Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills
Proven ability to execute tasks with excellence, establish priorities, and develop effective plans. Willingness to provide guidance and coaching to ICA resources, site digital teams, and data customers
Strong capability to work independently and effectively within a highly matrixed organization, demonstrating a passion for fulfilling customers' data pipeline needs while balancing multiple priorities

Preferred

Familiarity with Big Data and ETL processes, with preference for experience in Spark and Databricks
Experience in implementing projects and solutions in cloud environments, preferably Azure or GCP (AWS is also acceptable)
Basic skills in data architecture frameworks, data engineering, and data modeling principles
Knowledge of AAS, DAX, and PowerBI front end
Familiarity with Agile SCRUM and DevOps methodologies
