Continuous Improvement Specialist

They are seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead projects that optimize cost, quality, and schedule requirements within the Advanced Electronics Subassembly Factory, focusing on continuous improvement and collaboration across various engineering functions.

Responsibilities
Become a CORE Champion and facilitate CORE engagements and events
Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams in daily morning meetings utilizing latest technologies
Calibration champion managing over 5,000 pieces of equipment
Safety and or continuous improvement initiatives
Drive area re-layouts to best support the current product portfolio
Manage office supply inventory within budget constraints
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience
Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Production, and/or Project Management
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
DoD Clearance: Secret
