Responsibilities
Lead the design and governance of systems transforming unstructured and semi-structured data into production-grade assets
Partner closely with investors, researchers, and AI/ML engineers to map real-world logic into scalable data models
Build and evolve benchmarks to validate LLM-driven tools, ensuring output accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness
Create systems and standards for metadata, tagging, and enrichment across large-scale datasets
Identify data anomalies, investigate root causes, and implement feedback loops to improve data fidelity
Shape operational best practices, supporting junior data partners and growing the discipline across the team
Qualification
Required
Experience working directly with complex datasets and building fit-for-purpose data solutions
Strong conceptual reasoning and ability to abstract mess into structured logic
Deep curiosity about markets, data, and how to operationalize intelligence
Comfort navigating between technical details and high-level business outcomes
Experience doing data validation and working with unstructured data
Preferred
Prior work with AI tools (e.g., LLMs) or ML infrastructure preferred
