Responsibilities
Conducts client consultations to provide expert guidance on kitchen and bath design projects
Educates, guides, and recommends products and project solutions aligned with each client’s design goals
Balances a strong sales focus with an understanding of margin expectations and overall profitability
Maintains accurate, detailed project documentation, including meeting notes and design drawings
Produces professional layouts using applicable design software (e.g., 2020)
Manages all aspects of assigned projects, including order entry, contract documentation, delivery scheduling, and follow-up
Develops design solutions for both residential and select commercial projects
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Kitchen Designer
Ability to conduct client consultations
Expertise in kitchen and bath design projects
Strong sales focus with understanding of margin expectations
Ability to maintain accurate project documentation
Proficiency in design software (e.g., 2020)
Experience managing all aspects of assigned projects
Ability to develop design solutions for residential and commercial projects
