Own a self-managed book of business, supporting multiple partners through onboarding, launch, and early optimization

Provide hands-on tactical and technical support across setup, verification, catalog, shipping, fulfillment, and returns

Build strong cross-functional relationships to align priorities, escalate issues, and drive timely resolution

Proactively identify risks, performance gaps, and operational blockers before they impact success

Act as a trusted advisor by translating tools, policies, and metrics into clear, actionable guidance
