Mom's Meals is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Intern to join their software quality assurance team. This internship provides hands-on experience in software testing, including manual testing and exposure to test automation tools and processes, while assisting in creating and executing test cases and identifying bugs.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating test cases and executing manual test scenarios

Work with QA team members to verify software functionality based on requirements

Help document bugs, software issues, and test results

Participate in regression testing and retesting of resolved issues

Support test planning and scheduling activities under supervision

Collaborate with software developers and team members to understand project goals

Gain exposure to automation testing tools and contribute to simple test scripts

Learn and apply QA best practices and methodologies in a real-world environment

Required

College junior level or higher at time of internship

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher

Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies

Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, SQL

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Eagerness to develop technical skills and contribute to a fast-paced development environment
