Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruiting coordination , including job postings, interview and debrief scheduling, onsite facilitation, candidate communication, and follow-ups
Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience for every candidate and recruiter you support
Act as a true partner to recruiters , anticipating needs, solving problems quickly, and keeping processes moving
Serve as an ambassador for the Recruiting team with internal and external stakeholders, promoting operational excellence in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience, ideally in a tech environment supporting Engineering or technical teams
You move fast, sweat the details, and have a strong sense of urgency—nothing falls through the cracks
Exceptionally organized and naturally curious about business priorities and how to support them
You thrive on new challenges and bring a 'no job is too big or too small' mindset every day
Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to delivering an outstanding candidate experience
You take pride in having the answers—and when you don't, you know exactly how to find them
You have a strong customer-service mindset and aim for 100% satisfaction from candidates, recruiters, and business partners
