Computer Software

Responsibilities

Act as Centh’s primary subject-matter expert on credentialing for healthcare staffing agencies (travel nurses, allied, locum tenens, per diem)
Evaluate our current product and workflows through hands-on product reviews and demos; provide prioritized, actionable recommendations
Lead the design of credentialer-centric workflows and acceptance criteria for AI capabilities (requirements parsing, synth-packet generation, expiry monitoring, automated candidate communications, confidence scoring, exception handling)
Translate facility and VMS requirement language (matrices, PDFs, spreadsheets, portal requirements) into structured data models, checklists, rules, and validation logic for product implementation
Define and document edge cases, failure modes, and escalation paths for high-risk credentialing scenarios
Advise on integrations: VMS, ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva), licensing boards/state portals, CAQH, background screening vendors, and other third-party APIs
Help design robust audit trails and data provenance needed for primary source verification (PSV), compliance, and customer audits
Partner with AI/Product teams to design feedback loops, confidence thresholds, and human-in-the-loop review processes to maximize automation safely
Lead client pilot engagements: onboard credentialing teams, gather feedback, measure outcomes, and iterate on product/UX
Define and help instrument success metrics (time-to-submission, missing-document rates, submissions per FTE, automation coverage, error rates)
Provide training and mentorship to Centh teams on credentialing terminology, operational realities, and real-world tradeoffs between automation and manual review
Serve as an external face for Centh during customer conversations when deeper credentialing expertise is required
