Responsibilities
Support design and development of new and existing medical device products and packaging
Lead and support projects with cross-functional teams
Support current products with quality, manufacturing, and cost improvement efforts
Contribute ideas for new products and product improvements
Understand customer needs through research, interviews, testing, and competitive analysis
Translate customer needs into product, packaging, and process requirements
Design robust, manufacturable products using sound engineering principles
Develop and execute test methods and analyze data
Prepare technical reports for design verification and product changes
Ensure compliance with quality systems and safety regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
2–4 years of engineering experience
Strong experience in medical device packaging
Experience working with statistical tools and computer analysis
Preferred
Mechanical or Biomedical preferred
preferably in medical devices
