Required

5+ years of recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with expertise in hiring for specialized roles across G&A and Tech (depth of experience in Security hiring a plus)

Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentWall, Gem, and other modern recruiting tools

Data-driven mindset: Metrics aren't just numbers to you, they're the roadmap to success

Relationship building: You're a pro at engaging thoughtfully with both hiring managers and candidates
