Front Desk Attendant
TPG Hotels, Resorts, & Marinas is a leading hotel management company specializing in high-quality hospitality experiences. The Front Desk Attendant will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and managing various front desk operations.
Responsibilities
Managing reservations
Handling check-ins and check-outs
Answering phone calls with professional etiquette
Assisting with concierge tasks
Performing clerical duties to support the smooth operation of the front desk
Qualification
Required
Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills to manage inbound calls and assist guests professionally
Clerical Skills to handle administrative tasks and maintain organized front desk operations
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to address guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Proficiency in operating office equipment and hospitality software systems is a plus
Additional education in hospitality is an advantage
