Responsibilities

Creating compelling, timely presentations for institutional clients and prospects

Partner closely with investment, product, data analysis, and institutional sales and relationship teams

Deliver dynamic presentation materials that help win new business and grow important client relationships

Partner with technology teams to automate presentation production and publishing

Required

Minimum Bachelor's Degree

3+ years of experience working in financial services industry in a marketing, communications, data analyst, data production or project management capacity

Knowledge of financial services and/or investment products

Highly organized with strong project management skills, consistently setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing work, and handling fast paced timelines

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, comfort collaborating across a range of levels, and able to use good judgement in engaging business partners

Proficient with PowerPoint; able to translate data and technical information into clear, compelling charts, tables and other appealing visualizations and apply our design standards

Proficient with Excel and querying data; able to use formulas, pivot tables, and other tools to manipulate large quantities of data

Ability to be flexible and adaptive to changing content requirements, workflows, and new technology applications

Imagination and curiosity to explore new ways to scale and automate production processes
