Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end Accounts Payable lifecycle for direct spend tied to manufacturing and production

Manage PO-based accounting, including 2-way and 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice)

Process a high volume of invoices with speed and precision

Partner closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations to support production needs

Build and refine AP workflows, SOPs, and controls as the business scales

Maintain and grow a rapidly expanding vendor ecosystem

Code invoices accurately to inventory, COGS, deposits, and capitalized costs

Resolve discrepancies that directly affect inventory valuation and financial reporting

Support audits, close activities, and system improvements

Required

Full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, ideally in a startup or fast-growth environment

Strong command of PO-based accounting in a manufacturing or operational setting

A degree (Accounting preferred, but flexible)

A gritty, hardworking mindset—you're hands-on and thrive in ambiguity

Strong systems and process orientation; you're tech-savvy and adaptable

Comfort building processes where they don't yet exist
