Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Promote the AFCO brand’s products and services within the assigned, geographical Region
Make calls on all parties who represent viable sales opportunities for AFCO’s brand
Provide product and service training to all AFCO brand representatives working under the Regional Sales Manager
Create and present pricing structures to established and potential clients for AFCO’s brand based on AFCO’s production and fulfilment costs and margin expectations
Provide post-sale support to all AFCO brand customers, direct or indirect
Supports activities of National Sales Manager
Provides OJT and formal training as required to employees and sales reps. under his/her supervision
Gives proper consideration to safety on each job and enforces all company safety rules, policies, and procedures
Works within the guidelines of the quality program
Insures good housekeeping in work area
Reports problems or accidents to management immediately
Gives proper consideration to safety on each job and abides by all company safety rules, policies, and procedures
Performs related work as required
Qualification
Required
Ability to communicate using all forms of written, verbal, and electronic communication tools
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to read and generate reports, ledgers and market analyses
Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Minimum of 6 years of experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
