Responsibilities
10+ years in Order Management / Supply Chain with hands-on IT involvement
Strong end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) understanding with system depth
Hands-on functional expertise in Order Management applications (SAP or equivalent OMS platforms)
Hands-on involvement in OMS defect triage, resolution, and support
Experience analyzing issues across integrations (EDI, portals, interfaces)
Strong data analysis and KPI-driven RCA skills
Experience supporting B2B, B2C, Wholesale, Retail, and Ecommerce orders
Chargeback understanding to analyze, dispute, and prevent chargebacks
Data Analysis skillset for KPI monitoring and root cause analysis
Expertise in complex order processing and allocation, managing multi-location inventory and allocating orders based on stock, priority, and fulfillment rules
Proficiency in BI tools for reporting and dashboard creation
Strong team management, cross-functional collaboration with staff, clients, and executive sponsors
Ability to lead and support offshore operations teams
Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience
