Must have at least 10 years of CEO and/or C-Level operational experience with full P&L responsibility, specifically in Water Treatment and/or Wastewater Operations and Maintenance

Must have 10 years' history of full P&L responsibility of at least $100MM

Must have high EQ and leadership skills

Must be willing to stay on post-acquisition in a leadership role

Our client is seeking an executive who thinks like a buyer, and who has their own strong belief in a buy and build strategy and rationale for a particular niche in this industry

Preferred

Prefer prior Private Equity Portfolio Company experience at the C-Level

Preference given to candidates who have an industry buy & build thesis starting with a foundational platform buy, and possibly target acquisitions identified
