Qualification
Required
Experience with Production Planning and Production Management
Strong Communication and collaboration skills
Ability to perform Quality Control and manage event logistics effectively
Experience or adaptability in Training and team coordination
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Interest or background in music, community events, or cultural programming is highly desirable
Pursuit of or completion of a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
