Solutions Marketing Manager
DeleteMe is the leader in proactive privacy protection, helping security teams reduce their human attack surface by monitoring and removing exposed personal data from the open web. As a Solutions Marketing Manager, you will partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to enhance B2B market positioning and create impactful content that showcases how DeleteMe addresses vulnerabilities in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities
Strategic Positioning: Identify emerging threat trends (e.g., AI-driven vishing, deepfake impersonation, doxxing) and develop proactive marketing strategies that address urgent customer needs
Customer Evangelism: Act as a subject matter expert for DeleteMe’s B2B offerings, serving as the "Voice of the Customer" for internal stakeholders and external analysts
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate sales cycles and improve customer retention
Executive Briefings: Develop materials for briefings for high-value customers to demonstrate the ROI of DeleteMe and a proactive privacy approach
Brand Advocacy: Help create a referenceable pipeline of elite B2B customers to highlight DeleteMe's brand awareness throughout the privacy and security industries
Pipeline Support: Partner with marketing and sales leadership to drive the new business pipeline by creating customer advocates within our enterprise book of business
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, or Strategic Account Management within a fast-paced SaaS environment
A deep understanding of the executive protection, threat intelligence, or exposure management landscapes
Proven experience in developing deep market insights to understand client needs and optimizing the customer narrative for complex B2B sales
Demonstrated ability to increase product adoption and net retention by proving the value of proactive vs. reactive security measures
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive positive market outcomes
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and how to effectively manage stakeholder expectations at the Board and C-suite levels
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, specifically for an executive audience
Positive and collaborative approach to complex market positioning and competitive analysis
Excellent critical thinking abilities to translate raw data (like removal counts) into business-relevant terms
Ability to effectively lead marketing projects and manage high-level stakeholder relationships
