They are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to handle key HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, while overseeing recruitment efforts and managing HR documentation.

Qualification
Required
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) policies, protocols, and compliance
Proficiency in HR Management, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
Expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration processes
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Prior experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment
