Receptionist
Chapman Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Receptionist for their Collision Center in Tempe. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and assisting with various office operations.

Responsibilities
Answer phones, listen to customer inquiries, and direct calls to the proper department, communicating in a professional, warm and helpful manner
Greet customers as they arrive and provide general information, or direct them to the appropriate staff member for further assistance
Assist management with various clerical duties (sorting, filing, emails, etc.)
Qualification
Required
The ability to think from the customer's perspective and show compassion while they navigate the repair process after an accident
Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multi-task efficiently, with strong attention to detail
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Preferred
Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred, but we'll provide training!
Collision center experience is a huge plus
