Responsibilities
Developing high-quality Revit-based structural BIM models and drawing sets
Supporting project teams by delivering accurate, coordinated, and consistent BIM production
Collaborating with structural engineers to ensure successful project outcomes
Revit modeling of structural systems
Preparing structural drawing packages
Coordinating BIM models with structural designs
Collaborating with project design and construction teams
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for structural modeling and drawing production
Experience with structural engineering drafting standards
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an in-office environment with optional hybrid flexibility
Preferred
Familiarity with complementary industry BIM tools such as Navisworks, Rhino, Autodesk ReCap, and/or 3D scanning workflows is preferred
Experience in developing and implementing BIM standards is beneficial
