2+ years expCullerton Group is seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst to support a large-scale dealer ERP transition program and enterprise eCommerce platforms. This role serves as a key liaison between support teams and technical partners to ensure timely resolution of technical support cases while improving operational processes.

Responsibilities
Investigate, monitor, and assist with resolving technical support cases within defined service level agreements
Serve as a liaison between Tier 1 support teams and Tier 2/3 technical and product teams
Review and analyze case data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Support escalated cases and assist with issue resolution and follow-up
Contribute to knowledge improvement, documentation, and training materials
Partner with internal and external teams to improve support processes and outcomes
Participate in meetings, handoffs, and investigations to ensure case resolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience or 6+ years of experience without a degree
Experience in technical support, business systems support, or contact center environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with both internal and external customers
Strong attention to detail and escalation management skills
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems
Exposure to system integrations, APIs, or AI-enabled tools
Performance analysis and operational insight experience
Experience supporting enterprise eCommerce or digital platforms
