City Wide Facility Solutions is thrilled to announce an opening for a Business Development Specialist. This role involves collaborating with seasoned sales professionals to expand the customer base by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients.

Responsibilities

Proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and networking opportunities
Assisting in developing and presenting sales proposals tailored to client needs
Collaborating with the sales team to manage accounts and follow up on leads
Utilizing CRM systems to track and manage customer relationships
Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge

Qualification

Required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
The selected candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

$38K base + commission (OTE $50K-$65K+)
