In this role, you will work directly with global customers to design and build modern enterprise applications that power financial planning, operational workflows, and AI-driven decision intelligence.

Responsibilities

Engage with Keansa clients to design, develop, and deploy MERN-based enterprise applications
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, architecture, and documentation
Lead technical design reviews, solution walkthroughs, and code quality governance
Build high-performance, scalable, and testable full-stack solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Analyze and enhance existing customer applications to improve reliability and performance
Own end-to-end debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively, anticipating client needs and long-term scalability requirements
Collaborate closely with Keansa’s consulting, product, and data teams to deliver seamless solutions
Travel as required for important client engagements and workshops

Required

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline; advanced degree preferred
7–10 years of hands-on experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
Strong Full Stack engineering mindset with enterprise-grade delivery experience
Professional experience with Node.js, React.js, and working knowledge of Python
Strong analytical, debugging, and system-design skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
High attention to detail with strong organizational discipline—essential for consulting roles

Preferred

Understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience in data modeling and understanding of database trade-offs
Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and architectural patterns
Experience working with AI-based enterprise applications or ML-driven solutions
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development practices
Experience with time-series data processing, cleansing, and normalization
Domain knowledge in MedTech or adjacent industries is a plus
Experience with microservices, CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
SQL or relational database experience alongside MongoDB
Experience building cloud-native, enterprise-scale API services
