Responsibilities
Handle all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation
Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings
Conduct legal research and analysis related to commercial and real estate matters
Draft pleadings, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents
Provide strategic legal advice to clients throughout the litigation process
Manage multiple matters efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission and good standing with a U.S. state bar
Strong knowledge of state-level and federal court procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure
Preferred
Demonstrated experience with trials, depositions, and court appearances
Several years of experience practicing commercial and real estate litigation
