Business Development Representative
HubBox is a company that provides an award-winning ‘pickup at checkout’ software for retailers. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to create a robust pipeline for the sales team, contributing to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities
Conduct proactive lead generation and research to identify potential customers
Execute targeted outreach strategies, primarily cold calling, and other methods to engage prospects
Qualify leads and assess their suitability for the sales pipeline based on predefined criteria
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in the company's CRM system
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales team
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation processes and strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects and partners
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
A results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Preferred
Experience in a business development or sales role preferred, but not required
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Google/ Microsoft Office suite a plus
