Responsibilities

Lead deployment planning workshops to scope customer migrations to GWS, including capabilities, timelines and risks
Develop technical architecture to document integrations specific to customer environments
Conduct super administrator functions to configure and troubleshoot customer implementations, including networking, identity, security, integrations, etc
Project and capture new customer feature requests unique to US Public Sector and interact with GWS product and engineering teams to scope delivery
Provide subject matter expertise for GWS pre-sales and delivery projects for high priority customer engagements

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience automating infrastructure provisioning, DevOps, continuous integration, or delivery
Experience coding in one or more general purpose languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C or C++) including data structures, algorithms, and software design
Experience designing cloud enterprise solutions and supporting customer projects to completion

Preferred

Experience with Google Workspace Admin Console managing users, services, and security settings
Understanding of security protocols, data privacy, and how to maintain the security of the Google Workspace domain
Familiarity with general cloud computing concepts and the Google Cloud ecosystem
Ability to provision, manage, and secure user access, create and manage groups, and configure Organizational Units (OUs)
Excellent skills in controlling and configuring core Google Workspace services like Gmail, Drive, and Calendar
