Responsibilities
Plan, create, and edit multimedia content, including videos, animations, images, graphic design, and interactive media for distribution on marketing communications channels and use in immersive classrooms
Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in multimedia software and equipment, such as Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, and 3D modeling software
Contribute to the development of creative concepts and strategies for multimedia projects used in both marketing communications and educational experiences
Independently manage and execute multiple multimedia projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Ensure that multimedia content meets high-quality standards and aligns with the organization's brand guidelines
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing communications specialists, video producers, and educational content creators, to achieve project goals
Implement multimedia content strategies, including optimizing content for various platforms and managing content schedules
Serve as liaison with external agencies specializing in web development, video production, and graphic design
Help support content creation and oversee development of social media posts
Perform other duties as directed
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in multimedia, digital media, graphic design, or a similar discipline
Minimum 4 years of experience in multimedia production or a related role
Experience in multimedia software and tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
Strong creative skills to develop engaging multimedia content and concepts
Strong knowledge of multimedia software and equipment, including video editing, graphic design, and 3D modeling tools
Ability to support multiple projects independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines
Ability to lead or mentor team members on multimedia projects
An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality multimedia content
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Willingness to learn and adapt to new multimedia technologies and trends
Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and creative challenges
