Responsibilities

Leading the technical design, architecture, and implementation of complex AI and automation solutions using internal and third party platforms

Acting as a mentor and technical guide for the AI Engineers, supporting their growth through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing

Serving as the most senior "builder" on the team, tackling the most complex development tasks and setting the standard for code quality and innovation

Establishing and enforcing best practices for solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment to ensure consistency and quality

Making key architectural decisions to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure, aligning with both business and IT strategies

Acting as the primary escalation point for the most challenging technical issues, leading the debugging and resolution efforts

Partnering closely with the AgentOps Team Leader to translate strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps and specifications

Researching, evaluating, and championing emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously enhance the team's capabilities in collaboration with the Innovation Team

Required

Extensive experience in a senior engineering role such as Senior Software Developer, Senior Automation Engineer, or a similar capacity

Expert-level programming skills and a proven track record of designing and building complex, scalable software solutions

Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and data structures

Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers, conducting constructive code reviews, and leading technical discussions

Excellent ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a talent for diagnosing and resolving difficult technical challenges
