Responsibilities

Own program planning, delivery timelines, cross-team execution & dependency management

Drive transparent status, risks, release roadmaps, and outcome-based reporting

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives

Translate stakeholder needs into scalable Salesforce solutions (Sales/Service Cloud)

Lead UAT, functional demos, training/onboarding, change management & adoption

Maintain documentation: processes, workflows, release notes, and program artifacts

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's + 5+ years across app dev lifecycle, infrastructure, or app hosting

3+ years as Business Analyst; 5+ years Salesforce Admin (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)

Strong Agile experience; Jira for backlog & sprint management

Exceptional analysis, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

Ability to coach teams in Agile best practices and balance capacity, quality & deadlines

Proven leadership on complex, integrated platforms with end-to-end delivery accountability

Salesforce Admin Certification preferred

Preferred

CSM and/or PMI-ACP

Salesforce configuration or implementation experience

Agentforce experience
