They are seeking an experienced Pre-roll Machine Operator to operate, service, and maintain an automated pre-roll machine while ensuring quality control and compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

Operate automated pre-roll machine and ensure it is operating at peak efficiency
Communicate issues that may arise to the Pre-Roll Machine Operator 2 and/or Facility Manager
Grind, sift and mix infused products
Quality control all pre-rolls that come off the machine
Package and label pre-rolls quickly and efficiently while adhering to all compliance regulations
Warehouse tasks such as lifting boxes, general assembly and breaking down cardboard
Help maintain and organize a clean workspace

Required

Previous experience using machinery in a manufacturing setting or mechanically inclined
Ability to work as a team and independently
Ability to meet quotas set by facility manager
Ability to multitask
Personal accountability pertaining to work quality and attendance
Must be 21 years or older
Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently
Ability to perform repetitive motions while working at one station for an extended period

Preferred

Previous experience in a compliance-regulated field preferred
