Responsibilities

Design and build AI-driven agents that outperform human customer service in accuracy and efficiency
Convert natural language instructions into structured workflows using a custom agent logic framework
Analyze data to identify improvements in agent behavior and platform performance
Integrate and tune advanced voice and language models for enterprise reliability
Use observability tools to trace and understand agent decisions for rapid debugging and iteration
Collaborate with product, operations, and customer-facing teams to refine agent workflows

Required

Atleast 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems

Curiosity about AI agents, failure modes, and behavior optimization
Computer Science degree from a strong institution
Open to diverse programming backgrounds; AI training will be provided

Preferred

Experience with multimodal AI or voice interfaces
Knowledge of customer experience platforms or conversational automation
Interest in building testing, visualization, or simulation tools
