Responsibilities
Assist with daily and monthly financial transactions, including AP, AR, payroll support, and expense tracking
Maintain accurate financial records and support reconciliations
Help prepare financial reports, dashboards, and support budgeting processes
Collaborate with external accountants and auditors for tax, reporting, and compliance needs
Assist with our international entities
Act as a utility player across internal operations - HR, legal, procurement, facilities, IT- you name it
Design and improve workflows to make the business more efficient and scalable
Manage special projects and help implement new tools and systems across teams
Maintain internal documentation and SOPs; continuously seek optimization opportunities
Support onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees and vendors
Step into undefined situations and take ownership of solving them
Be a liaison between departments to unblock issues and keep things moving
Drive initiatives that improve team alignment, reduce friction, and save time
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in an operations, finance, accounting, or similar generalist role
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting workflows (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
Comfortable with spreadsheets and data analysis
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Experience with project management tools a plus
