Responsibilities
Manage and execute engineering design and studies for both public and private clients
Business development and client management as a project manager
Planning and designing municipal and private engineering projects
Developing preliminary plans and specifications
Creating construction documents
Estimating costs
Providing bidding support
Overseeing construction activities
Aiding business development efforts
Offering technical guidance or mentorship to junior engineers, CAD technicians, or other technical staff
Qualification
Required
B.S. or M.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
3+ years of post-PE experience, including planning and technical studies
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Professional Civil Engineer license (PE) in Oregon and/or California
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
Preferred
Experience in a consulting firm is preferred
