Oversee and manage all aspects of concrete foundation projects
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Supervise and train construction crew members
Maintain a safe work environment
Qualification
Required
Experience in concrete waterproofing and general concrete construction
Knowledge of civil construction and reinforced concrete
Experience with structural steel foundations and exterior paving
Can operate a Total Station
Preferred
Concrete design experience
Knowledge in construction management
Understanding of structural design and concrete hardscapes
