Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional technology initiatives, including digital transformation, platform modernization, and process optimization programs
Act as the primary integrator between technology teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, dependencies, and outcomes
Own detailed project planning, execution, risk management, and issue resolution to deliver on time and within budget
Partner closely with engineering, product, data, security, and infrastructure teams to translate business needs into executable technical plans
Stay actively involved in day-to-day execution while providing structure, direction, and accountability to delivery teams
Deliver transparent status reporting, executive dashboards, and data-driven insights to senior leadership
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to enterprise governance standards, including financial tracking, compliance, audit readiness, and change management
Foster strong collaboration across business, operations, legal, compliance, and external partners
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience delivering complex technology initiatives in large, matrixed organizations
Proven success leading digital transformation or large-scale technology modernization programs
Strong ability to operate both strategically and tactically with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
Demonstrated experience managing diverse stakeholders, including senior executives
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms
Experience with financial and budget management tools (e.g., Clarity or equivalent)
Deep knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, or other regulated industries
PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certifications
Experience working within enterprise governance, compliance, and audit frameworks
