They are seeking a Corporate Aviation Operations/Scheduling Intern for Summer 2026, where the intern will assist in coordinating the crewing of pilots, support the Finance Team, participate in Operations Meetings, and complete special projects assigned by the Leadership Team.

Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating the crewing of 45 pilots across 13 aircraft
Support the Finance Team to provide the trip data necessary for billings
Participate in Operations Meetings to collaborate on logistics management for the fleet/schedule
Coordinate scheduling needs with the Maintenance Department
Complete special projects as assigned by the Leadership Team
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, all working towards the same goal
Analytical skills to be used for solving complex logistical problems in a fast-paced environment
Knowledgeable in Airport Operations / FAA Regulatory requirements
