Responsibilities
Ensure all client payments are collected and processed accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports as required
Qualification
Required
1-3 years prior experience in accounts receivable required
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounts receivable processes
Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial transactions
Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies
Efficiently manage time and resources to meet deadlines
Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
Excellence in customer service is a must
Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
Familiarity with accounting software and tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred
