Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS components following best-practice development standards
Translate business requirements into technical designs, solution estimates, and implementation plans
Perform impact analysis to ensure changes align with enterprise architecture and system dependencies
Develop and support integrations between Oracle EBS and cloud applications using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware
Produce and maintain technical documentation; contribute to code reviews, testing, and release activities
Support application upgrades, patches, and environment stability across DEV, TEST, and PROD
Partner with DBAs, business analysts, and end users to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
Mentor junior developers and encourage continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS development (Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflow, APIs)
Solid understanding of Oracle database architecture, performance tuning, and optimization
Proven experience integrating Oracle EBS with cloud-based systems
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and data modeling concepts
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Oracle EBS R12 or later
10+ years of experience in data warehousing or enterprise application development
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or other ETL tools
Oracle Database experience (12c preferred)
Exposure to IFS or P2 Energy applications
Experience with middleware or integration platforms
Unix/Linux scripting and job scheduling
Java development experience
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and master data management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
