Service Technician

The Service Technician will perform maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure excellent customer service for residents, contributing to the overall satisfaction of the community.
Responsibilities
Performing maintenance and repair tasks across the residential community
Troubleshooting technical or mechanical issues
Ensuring efficient handling of field service calls
Providing excellent customer service to residents
Contributing to the overall satisfaction of the community
Maintaining the operational quality and functionality of the property
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair techniques to ensure optimal functionality across all property components
Strong Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve technical and mechanical issues effectively
Field Service expertise with knowledge of tools and equipment required for on-site maintenance tasks
Excellent Customer Service skills to address resident concerns and ensure their satisfaction with community maintenance
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Preferred
Previous experience in property maintenance roles is preferred but not required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are beneficial
