Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned provider clients, ensuring proactive and responsive communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants through onboarding, performance feedback, engagement, and offboarding
Oversee the consultant lifecycle, including onboarding, time/expense approvals, extensions, and transitions
Ensure staffing engagements are delivered successfully, meeting client expectations for quality, timing, and service
Leverage existing relationships to identify account expansion and new staffing opportunities
Meet or exceed annual sales quotas through new business development and account expansion
Prospect within existing accounts and new targets using outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and digital channels
Identify, qualify, and manage opportunities in Salesforce, including alignment with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
Develop and execute account plans focused on growth, retention, and long-term partnerships
Participate in RFP responses, contributing staffing strategies, pricing, and account insights
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a cohesive and consistent client experience
Manage staffing requests end-to-end, from intake through placement and contract completion
Review resumes, screen candidates, submit qualified consultants, and coordinate interviews
Prepare candidates for interviews and client engagements
Support Statements of Work (SOWs), Work Orders, contract extensions, and required documentation
Coordinate offboarding, knowledge transfer, and engagement closeout activities
Maintain accurate communication and compliance within VMS environments
Contribute to internal initiatives, process improvements, and team objectives
Perform additional related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales, account management, or staffing within healthcare IT or consulting
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas through new customer acquisition and account growth
Experience selling healthcare IT or Epic-related staffing solutions
Hands-on experience managing the full staffing lifecycle
Experience working with healthcare provider organizations and senior stakeholders
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with recruiting, delivery, finance, and legal teams
Strong understanding of healthcare provider environments and Epic implementation lifecycles
Knowledge of Epic roles, staffing models, and healthcare IT delivery structures
Ability to manage complex sales cycles, account planning, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene
Skilled in negotiation, relationship-building, and influencing without direct authority
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Proficient with Microsoft O365, Salesforce, VMS tools, and related technologies
Reliable internet access and a secure, private remote workspace required

Large enterprise or multi-site healthcare systems
